- 250 gram Khoya

- 2 tbsp Sugar powder
Instructions to make to make Carrot Halwa Swiss Roll
- For halwa wash, peel and grate carrots.
- Boil grated carrots with milk for 10 minutes.
- Add ghhe and cook on high flame till milk evaporate, then add dry fruits and sugar.
- Stir continuously and cook on high flame till halwa done.
- For khoya heat butter in a nonstick pan and add milk.
- Now add milk powder slowly, stir and cook on low heat.
- Stir continuously and cook till it becomes dry.
- Now for swiss roll, heat butter and roast khoya on low heat.
- Add sugar powder and cardamom powder, mix well.
- Remove from heat and spread khoya on butter paper.
- Cover with another butter paper and flatten with rolling pin.
- Remove butter paper and spread carrot halwa on it.
- Now roll it gently, lock in aluminum foil and keep in fridge for 1 hour.
- After this remove from foil, cut in 1/2 inch thick pieces and serve.
