- Now add the roasted carrots to the milk add cardamom powder and keep stirring occasionally till all the milk is almost absorbed. Add the chopped almonds
- Once the mil iis almost absorbed add the sugar and stir it and let it cook on medium flame stirring occasionally till ghee leaves at the edges of the pan.
- Serve it hot or cold Sprinkled with some almonds. Also you can serve with vanilla ice cream.
- Gajar halwa can be stored for a week in refrigerator
