  2. Take a pan and add 3Tea Spoon ghee.after the ghee is hot in a fry pan and add Screwed carrots and just 2 or 3 mins still fry golden color changing. And pour the half litre boiled milk and cook well. Then add 1 Table spoon ghee.still mix and finally add 300gram sugar then still mix it in fry pan.
  3. Finally Garnishing some cashew nuts on top of the carrot halwa.... Tasty "Carrot Halwa" Is Ready.....
