  7. 1 cup milk (boiled and cooldown on room temperature)
  8. 3/4 cup sugar
  9. 3 tbsp ghee (clarified butter)

  1. To make amazing Gulkand Double Delight Barfi, first take a pan without burning gas and add milk, sugar, ghee. Now, little by little, add milk powder and mix well with a whisker.
  2. Now, place the pan on gas flame, cook on low flame, and stir until it starts leaving the pan. Now, take a tray and grease it with ghee, place butter paper into it, and grease it with ghee as well.
  3. To make Gulkand stuffing take a bowl and add Gulkand, desiccated coconut, chopped dry fruits and pinch of red gel food colour in it. Now mix everything well, and your Gulkand stuffing is ready.
  4. After the Barfi mix turns thick and starts leaving the pan, turn off the flame and divide the mixture into two parts. Now, add one part of the mix into the tray and spread well.
  5. Now add Gulkand Stuffing and make a layer of it. Now add the second portion to the mix and spread well, and let it Set for some time.
  6. Now let the mixture set in the fridge for 20 to 25 minutes. Once the barfi is set. Now take out barfi on a platform, garnish it with the silver Vark and cut it into squares shape.
  7. Now our yummy and soft Gulkand Double Delight Barfi is ready to serve. This barfi can be stored in the fridge for 1 week. So enjoy this barfi on this festival of light - Diwali.
