- 1 cup sugar
- 1 cup water

- Take all-purpose flour,add curd and baking powder in it and make a normal neither thick nor thin batter and whisk it for 5 minutes with the help of your hands.How much you whisk it,you will get very gud result.And let it rest for half an hour.
- Meanwhile make sugar syrup.Take a pan add sugar and water.Cook it till sugar dissolves completely.Now add orange colour, cardamom powder and cook it till sugar gets sticky in your fingers.We don't need any string consistency.
- Now whisk a batter again and take one milk packet,wash it properly and wipe it.Now pour your batter in a packet and secure it tightly with the help of rubber band.Now make a small hole on the top of your cone.
- Now heat the oil or ghee in a flattened pan and keep the flame medium.Now start making your jalebis and cook it till light golden colour and crispy at medium flame.
- Now dip these jalebis in warm sugar syrup for 2 minutes. Strain it properly and serve hot
