- Once the ghee is hot enough, with the help of a piping bag make jalebi (note: the ghee should not be very hot nor should be less heated if so the jalebi will be soggy, the flame should be medium throughout).
- For Chasni : In a pan add water and sugar,just boil it,add saffron, cardamom powder, orange colour (optional)and boil till it has one or two thread, chasni needed it because if the syrup is thick jalebi will not absorb the syrup.
- The chasni should be made before making of jalebi so that at the time jalebi is added in it,chasni is warm.
- Add the fried jalebi in chasni for two to three minutes and turn it from both the sides so that it absorb chasni,take it out and serve hot.
