- In a Pan, add water and sugar and keep stirring on a low flame to make Sugar Syrup
- Add Cardamom to the syrup and keep stirring until you get string consistency
- In a mixer jar, Add in Paneer and grind it. Then add maida and Baking Soda with little water and saffron Colour or saffron strands & grind again an make to a smooth paste
- Now add smooth batter to a mould pipe and make jalebis in hot oil
- Cook both sides on a medium flame and add paneer jelebis to prepared sugar syrup
- Rest paneer jalebis in sugar syrup for 10 to 15 min and serve.. Now tasty Paneer Jalebi is ready to Serve
