  1. In a bowl mix maida dahi and ghee & make a batter.
  2. Let it rest for 15mins.
  3. In a kadhai add sugar and water to make syrup.
  4. Add lemon juice and saffron
  5. Take a boil and and switch off the flame
  6. Heat ghee in a flat pan
  7. Add the batter to piping bag or a plastic sauce bottle to make Jalebis
  8. Make Jalebi by using-round round and stop -formula
  9. Fry on medium flame -both the sides
  10. Immediately put into sugar syrup and serve hot hot Jalebi.
