- Take a small tadka pan, add 2 Tablespoons Desi ghee from 1 Cup in it & turn the gas on medium flame.
- When ghee gets heated up, add almonds & cashews pieces in it & roast them for 10-20 seconds till they start popping.
- After 10-20 seconds, when they start popping, take them out on a plate & add raisins in it & roast them for only 10 seconds.
- Now chop roasted dry fruits roughly.
- Now take a pan or Kadhai, add 1 Cup Atta/ Whole Wheat Flour in it & turn the gas on low flame.
- Dry roast Atta for 5-6 minutes, till a fragrance, starts coming out of it & it starts changing color very slightly.
- After 5-6 minutes, when a fragrance starts coming from atta, then slowly-slowly start adding desi ghee in it & ghee in which dry fruits were roasted & mix it properly in atta.
- Now roast Atta in ghee till it turns into slight golden brown in color for 6-7 minutes.
- After 6-7 minutes, when it turns into slight golden brown in color, add 3-4 Elaichi Powder & 2 Cups Water in it & mix them properly.

- Now cook Halwa for 2-3 minutes.
- Then add 1 Cup Sugar to it & mix it properly in Halwa.
- Now cook Halwa till it turns into more golden brown in color & sugar dissolves completely in Halwa.
- After 6-7 minutes, when it turns into more golden brown in color & sugar is completely dissolved, add roughly chopped dry fruits & 3-4 Table Spoon Desiccated Coconut Powder/ Nariyal Burada in it & mix them properly.
- Now cook Halwa for more than 1-2 minutes.
- Your Atta Ka Halwa (Kadha Prasad) is ready to be served.
