- Take a pan and add peanuts and dry roast for 7 minutes in low-medium flame.

- Now add dry ginger powder and pipramul powder(ganthoda powder) and add coarsely crushed peanuts and combine well. And turn off the flame.
- Now greace the dish or mould with ghee and spread the chikki and with the help of small cup to smoother the top.
- Allow to cool for a minute and when it is still warm cut into pieces.
- Now chikki is ready. Enjoy with the festival of kites.
