- Use water to make a flowing paste
- Keep the paste covered for 10 minutes
- Fill in the squeeze bottle and fry jalebis in hot oil
- Prepare sugar syrup of one string consistency
- Dip jalebis in syrup on both sides and jalebis are ready
- For poha soak it in water for some time
- Heat oil crackle mustard seeds,curry leaves,green chilli
- Add chopped onion and potato
- Saute it add turmeric powder,red chilli powder,add roasted peanuts
- Transfer the soaked poha
- Mix it nicely
- Add lemon juice
