- Before start frying them prepared sugar syrup upto 1 string consistency..Put hot fried jalebis into sugar syrup in high flame..keep on flame another 2 mins.. switch of flame..Keep jalepis into syrup atleast an hour..
- Plate your jalebis with syrup from top, for garnesing added some crushed almonds..
- After overnight it sucks syrup and makes fluffy and more soft..
