- 1 pinch salt
- 5 Tablespoons grated Khoya

- as needed Cashew (Chopped)
- 2 Tablespoons raisins
Steps to make to make Gajar Ka Halwa
- Take a deep Kadhai. Turn on the flame. Pour there ghee and now add all grated Carrots.
- Fry till it's reduce it's volume and change it's colour. In Medium flame. Don't leave it.
- Now pour Milk and cook until it becomes soft and cover the lid. The gas flame must be slow. Check it in the middle also.
- After 30 mins. Remove it's lid. See Carrots absorbed all milk. Now add Sugar, salt, Amul powder, Malai, cardamom powder and stir continuously in Medium flame for 10 mins.
- Check all it's water evaporate from the Carrot. Then grate khoya and dry fruits and cool it.
- Serve after 30 mins.
