  5. 1 tsp Green elachi (Cardamom)powder

  7. 1/2 cup khoya/mawa
  8. White phirini
  9. 4 tbsp Soaked rice
  10. 400 ml Milk
  11. 1/4 cup khoya
  12. 1 tsp elaichi/Cardamom powder
  13. 1 tsp chopped cashew
  14. Matar halwa (green peas halwa)
  15. 2 cup matar/peas
  16. 5 tbsp sugar
  17. 2 tbsp Ghee
  18. 1/2 tbsp khoya/mawa
  19. 1/2 tsp elaichi/Cardamom powder
  20. 1 tsp Sliced pistachios

Instructions to make to make Tri colour Halwa

  1. Matar halwa: heat ghee in a non-stick pan,add coarsely ground peas (kacha)& saute for 6-8mint, now add sugar mix well and cook for another 6-8 mints, now add khoya snd mix well and add elachi powder, and chopped ed pista mix well and take out in. A bowl
  2. White phirini: take a pan,first heat milk in heavy bottom pan,coarsely grind the soaked rice with little milk and add it in ti the hot milk, add sugar in it and cook it nicely for at least 5 mint or until thick consistency and now add khoya and mix well, add elachi and cashew And take out in a bowl
  3. Carrot halwa: take non-stick pan heat ghee, add grated carrot and cook for 3mint, now add sugar and mix well, now add milk and stir well, cover and cook till mixture get dry, stir in between, now add khoys and cook for more 8-10mints,now add elachi and cashew and almond and mix well and take out in a bowl
  4. Assembling : take a glass bowl or glass (wish ever feasible), put green peas halwa at bottown and gently press with spooon
  5. Put white phirini on top of green peas halwa and gently press with spoon
  6. Lastly put carrot halwa on top of white phrini and gently press with spoon.
