  2. 1 cup sugar
  3. 1 cup ghee
  4. 3 cup water
  5. 1 tsp cardamom powder

  7. Pour the hot boiling sugar syrup over wheat mixture stirring continuously.
  8. Be careful as the mixture will splutter. Keep starring continuously till the wheat flour will absorb all the water.
  9. Now add cardamon powder and mix well.
  10. After 5 minutes halwa leaves kadai and non sticky. And add fried nuts.
  11. Finally serve halwa hot or warm. Garnish with nuts.
