  2. Next slowly add atta in sections and water and blend nicey and batter should be cream and soft textuure
  3. Take out in a bowl &mix batter with water, batter should be thin pouring consistency & half lemon juice (it give honey com textuure because of lemon)
  4. Take any bowl height hona chaiye or ghevar mould and fill oil /ghee half bowl, if your taking oil and then add 2 tspn ghee
  5. Heat the oil it should be in heat, as it get heated, pour 2 tbsp of prepared batter in continuing thread at a time in centre of hot ghee keeping little distance from hot oil now take a spoon or knife. Mke a centre wth help of knife or spoon
  6. As forth subside again pour 2 tbsp of prepared bAtter
  7. Do, this process for 8-10 times by making hole in centre with knife/spoon, try on medium flame tillcrispy golden
  8. Scrap the sides gently with knife to losen up ghevar from frying pan,take out careful and take a stand place ghevar on that
  9. Take a kafhI add sugar and water, until sugar disolve until one string.. once ghevar slightly cool and sprinkle sugar syrup. Nicrly and nw apply malai
  10. And decorate wth dry fruit and rose petals
