  1. First of all peel the skin of carrot wash it and grate it finely and keep aside.
  2. Now in pressure cooker add grated carrot,milk and 1/2 tsp of cardamom powder,on high heat cook till 1 whistle,this will save some time in cooking and process the cooking fast, but keep in mind as soon as first whistle blows immediately switch off the flame otherwise milk can come out from cooker and ruin your kitchen.
  3. Furthermore when cooker releases all steam then open it and stir the carrot and cook it on medium heat till milk get reduced.
  4. Once the milk thickens completely,add sugar,ghee and rest 1/2 tsp of cardamom powder.
  5. Mix well and cook until the sugar dissolves and thickens, cook until halwa releases the ghee from side.after that add chopped dry fruits, raisins,grated coconut and khoya.
  6. Mix well and stir until halwa come in texture of granules and releases ghee.Turn off the flame and enjoy your halwa warm or chilled.
