- 1 1/4 cup gram flour
- I cup water
- 1 tsp yellow colour
- 1 tsp green colour
- 1 tsp red colour
- Oil for fry
- For Sheera~
- 1 1/4 cup sugar
- 1 cup water
- 1/2 cup chopped Almonds

- Take a clean bowl add gram flour (sifted). Make a hole in the middle of flour then add water in it. (Add water slowly to make a right consistency) if you feel that it is not a dropping or pouring consistency then add 2 tbls more water.
- Devided the batter into there portions add colours and set aside for 20 minutes. Then at big small wholes spatula pour batter on it and drop on oil (oil must be preheated,on high flame). Once sufficient boondies dropped in oil let them cook in oil for a minute.
- Take down to a bowl. Make all boondies like this. Now time to make sheera, in a pan add water, sugar and cardemom seeds. Cook them till sheera makes bubbles.
- Then put all three colured boondies in it and add chopped almonds. Let it cool for 10 minutes.
- After 10 minutes the boondi mixture should be warm. Mix it and make round balls with hands. It's too much yummy. Make it will love it.
