- Now in another pan add grinded amla and roast when amla lose its water completely and it get dried up then add jaggery and mix them all well on low flame.
- When jaggery get melted add the roasted masala (cumin,ajwain, hing)then add amchur, black salt, normal salt, black pepper powder, red chilli powder and mix them all well and cook for 5 min and let it co down.
- When it becomes cool make small balls and roll it in powdered sugar.
