- First cut the cauliflower in two parts. Cut the flower into a piece with a few large stalks. Take the second part of finely chopped. Now add hot water in a large bowl, add salt in it and keep the cauliflower of these two parts in it for 5 minutes so that the insects and dirt are removed from it.
- Now remove the cauliflower of both the parts from water and dry it. Now add the cut of finely chopped part of the cauliflower in the mixer jar and take the grind it. (Do not add water inside)
- Now pour the mixture of this cauliflower in a bowl and add Kashmiri red chilli powder, black pepper powder, garam masala, ginger-garlic paste, chopped green onion, salt and lemon juice.

- Now leave the flower stalks with the thick paste that you have made and apply paste coating on the whole flower. Dip the coated flower in a dry corn flour and place it on a side plate.
- Now heat the oil in a pan. Now dip the flower of the flower coated with the paste in the slurry made by leaving the upper stem. Then fry all these lollipops in hot oil on medium heat of gas till golden brown. Now all our lollipops are ready. Wrap the stalks in silver foil.
