- Now add sugar and 1tsp cardamom powder.mix well and continue to cook on low - medium flame, you will see carrots begin to release moisture. Cook till moisture evaporated.
- Now add mawa-milk that we prepared before. Add chopped dry fruits. Mix everything very well.
- Simmer till the whole halwa mixture becomes dry. The milk should evaporate completely and you will see fine milk solids in the carrot halwa. Serve hot or cold. Garnished with chopped dry fruits and saffron.
