  2. Now make chashni. Heat a pan, add sugar, water and cook it, add some caradanom powder and kesar. cook till one taar chasni.
  3. Now heat a kadai, add oil. Pour batter in a ketchup bottle or cone, Make jalebi.
  4. Cook them till golden colour and take out and put them in chashni.
  5. Jalebi are ready now. garnish with almonds or pistachio. serve hot.
