- 1 litre Milk
- 2 Tbsp Ghee
- 1 Tsp Rose Water
- 2 tbsp Sugar
- For Beetroot Hung Curd Halwa
- 1/4 Cup Hung Curd
- 1/4 Cup Beetroot (Boiled & Grated)
- 1/4 Cup Semolina (Suji)
- 1/4 Cup Jaggery (Grated) (or depends on your taste)
- 2 Pinch Nutmeg Powder
- 1/4 Tsp Cardamom Powder
- For_Assambling
- As needed Banana (Slices)

- For_Baked_Mathari Mix wheat flour, semolina, salt, Fennel Seeds and black pepper in a vessel.

- For Assembling Take a plate.keep a Mathari on it pour 2 Tsp of Rabdi on it Beetroot Hung Halwa cut into desired shape and put it on the Mathari. Now keep a slice of banana Sprinkle some chocolate Cake crumble.Then Decorated with pistachio and Cherry.
