  8. 1 cup (100 ml) hot water

  1. Take a pan n put it on the flame.Add ghee...heat it till it melts..
  2. Add suji into the desi ghee...Roast it for 10 minutes until nice aroma of it spreads..it would become light brown.
  3. On the other side boil water n milk....Add it into suji. Stir it constantly for 5 minutes. Suji would absorb all the milk & water.
  4. Add mango pulp in it..stir it for 5 min until mango pulp absorb by suji.
  5. Now add sugar in it..and stir it constantly...after 5 min suji absorb sugar and leave the edges of pan or kadai.
  6. Now add yellow food colour in it n mix it well. Garnish it with chopped almonds
  7. You can also add 1 tsp cardamom powder to the Halwa if you want.
