- 1/2 cup besan
- 1/2 cup all-purpose flour
- 1/2 cup ghee

- 1/2 tea spoon black cardamom seeds powder

- In a heavy bottom pan add four types of flour & roast them without ghee for some time. When starts the colour change add ghee.
- Roast it till totally colour change & feel a fresh aroma. Now add grated khoya & chopped dry fruits in it.On low flame stir it till khoya melts proper.
- Before this process make sugar syrup add elaichi powder & saffron. The water should be double of the flour. Boil it proper till saffron leave his colour.
- When your flour mixture is ready add sugar syrup slowly. stir it continues because of remove lumps. When most of water absorbed & remain less, off the flame. After some time flour soaked less water.
- Doing this, halwa will be super soft & full of moist. When serve garnish it with more dry fruits & black cardamom seeds powder.
- We can store it for 2 or 3 days in refrigerator. Keep microwave & serve it.Very much tasty & rich flavoured sweet dish.
