  1. In a Sepri/Kadai, put Suji,roast in low medium flame for few minutes,and keep aside.in the same Sepri,put Ghee, heating put roasted Suji, saute for few minutes and put water slowly, add sugar and orange colour (mix with little milk,in a bowl)
  2. Cover the sheera/halwa,for five minutes and put chopped dry fruits and keep it for few second s.
  3. Lastly granish with cashews and kishmish and serve hot
