  2. Add milk,milk cream and sugar n let it cook covered on medium heat till well mixed stirring occasionally in between.
  3. At this stage adjust the quantity of sugar if needed and add dry milk powder and desi ghee and saute very well till ghee appears on the sides.
  4. Put in some chopped nuts and serve with topping of your choice...enjoy.
