- For making chikki take only two ingredients 1, 1/2 cup til & 1 cup jaggery,Roast till on sim flame until change its colour light brown
- Melt jaggery in a heavy bottom pan,check it's dropped in water if crackling sounds coming it means it's done switch off the flame
- Mix till and jaggery nicely
- Roll it's in between polythene sheet
- Till chikki ready,cut in pieces when it's hot
- For making ladoo take rest of till & jaggery grind jaggery,& roasted till, mix coconut, elaichi powder,and cashew and make ladoo.
- With the same till chikki method we can also make peanuts chikki
