- Take a pan add chanay ki daal & 1/2 jug water, Cook it until the water get dry then wait until it cool down at room temperature.
- Then Chanay ki daal grind it into the grinder and make a smooth paste.
- Take a pan add 1.1/2 cup ghee, Whole Garam Masala (Bay leaf, Cinnamon, Black cardamom, Green Cardamom, Long) and let it crackle.
- Then add Paste of chaney ki daal and cook until daal become golden brown with stir spoon continuously.
- Then add sugar, again 1/2 cup ghee,5 tbsp water and cook & mix well low flame.
- When sugar syrup get dry then add all dry fruits and mix well.
- Now add Cardomon powder, Kehwara Essence, cook it 10-15 minutes.
- Now ready chanay ki daal ka halwa for serving. Garnish with Nuts & dry fruits.
