- 1 cup sugar
- 2 cup saffron milk
- 4 tbsp ghee
- 1 tsp elaichi jaifal powder
- 1 tsp kismis
- Few chopped kaju, badam
- 2 tbsp grated mix dryfruits

- Heat a kadai, add ghee, saute, kaju, badam for a minute, take out, keep aside..
- Now add rava in ghee, roast on a slow flame, till it turns in light pinkish colour, add kismis, mix well, now add, mango pulp, mix well stir for 2- 3 minutes, now add kesar milk, again mix well, it turns semi thick, add sugar, elaichi jaifal powder, mix properly, stir it till ghee shines in halwa, add grated dryfruits, turn off gas.
- Take plate, set mango halwa, garnish with, chopped kaju, badam and grated mixed dryfruits.
