  3. Kachori: in a bowl add flour, salt, ajwain, kalonji, dalda and mix well till u can bind it in your palm... add more dalda if required. Then add water and make a hard dough... rest for 15 mins
  4. Then make big balls and roll out a thick roti... then cut out small circles using a glass or cookie cutter.
  5. Make cut marks using a knife so as to ensure that the kachoris do not puff while frying.
  6. Heat oil in a kadhai and then lower the flame... add the kachoris to the hot oil in batches and deep fry on low flame to make the kachoris crispy..
  7. Serve hot with suji ka halwa.
