- 1/2 cup Sugar
- -1/4cup Ghee
- -1/2cup Milk
- -1/4cup Khoya /Mawa
- 1 tsp Cardamom powder -

- Cover and cook for 5-6 minutes until it's soft and cooked
- Remove the lid and cook until the water relased from the gourd dries up completely.Now add sugar and cook it until the gourd absorbs the sugar syrup.
- Once it's combined add a tsp of elaichi powder
- Mix well and add the sauteed dry fruits
- Now add khoya and mix well
- Switch off the flame and mix well.Halwa is ready to be served.
- Serve it hot or in room temperature as per your preference.
