- 1/4 tsp Cardamom powder

- Wash rice properly and Soak for 30 minutes. Once it is done. Grind it to a smooth paste. Keep aside.
- Grind coconut. Keep aside.
- Then again grind coconut and rice paste together. Blend it in a smooth paste.
- In a non stick pan. Add sugar and little water. Boil it till the sugar disdolves. Then add saffron and cardamom powder. Mix...it well.
- In that sugar syrup. Add coconut and rice mixture.Mix it properly. Till it become gravy or thick in consistency. In another pan add ghee. Fry cashew nuts till it become light brown in colour. Keep aside
- Once it is done. Transfer to a serving dish. Garnish with fried cashew nuts. Allow 2 minutes standing time and then serve....
