- Wash and soak the white chanay overnight than next morning strain the water and take 1 tbsp of meetha soda sprinkle on chanay and rest it for 10 minutes.
- Now heat the pan add oil then add onions sauté for 3 minutes than add spices and fry it add tomato and continuely stiring and cook well.
- Next add chanay and stirring it and fry the masala fir 5 minutes until oil comes out.
- Now add 2 glass of hot water and 1 cup of stock depending upon which consistency u like the chanay and cover it for 30 minutes, now take out the oil of chanay which we add at the end.
- Now check the chanay add a masala which we make in grinder sprinkle it and check the water also than add Coriander green chilli and little bit julienne ginger and cover it for dam about 10 to 15 minutes.
- After 15 minutes check the chanay and mash some chanay with spoon, now add the oil which we take out from chanay and the masala which is grinded and cover it for 2 minutes.
- For making sooji halwa, heat a wok add ghee/oil, sooji stir it for 5 minutes when aroma of sooji comes out,now heat the pan add water illachi and sugar dissolves it when it becomes boiled turn off flame and pour on sooji stir it well than dum on low flame for 10 minutes, add little bit yellow colour also, now sooji halwa is ready.
