  2. Whenever the gajar becomes dry add sugar & cooked till it becomes dry.Then add chhena,dryfruits& cardamom powder mix well & cooked another mint.Gajar ka halwa is ready.Cool it.
  3. Garnishing with dryfruits serve it.
