- as needed Milkmaid / icing sugar

- Take a gram flour add 2 tbls ghee and rub it well.

- Now take a pan add ghee and gram flour. Now cook gram flour untill they turns red.
- When the gram flour is roasted and turns red add milkmaid and cook untill the milkmaid mixed. And add almonds (On this stage you can turn off the flame and add icing sugar in it)
- Now let it cool down and give the round laddoo shape. And your besan laddoo is ready.
