  13. 3/4 tsp salt
  14. 4 cup cold water
  15. 1 cup tamarind extract
  16. 3 tbsp jaggery / gud
  17. 1 tsp chaat masala
  18. 1 tsp cumin powder
  19. 1/4 tsp pepper powder
  20. 1/4 tsp kashmiri red chilli powder
  21. pinch hing / asafoetida
  22. 3/4 tsp salt
  23. 3 cup cold water
  24. 3 potato / aloo, boiled & mashed
  25. 1/2 onion, finely chopped
  26. 2 tbsp coriander, finely chopepd
  27. 1/2 tsp cumin powder
  28. 1/2 tsp chaat masala
  29. 1/4 tsp pepper powder
  30. 1/2 tsp kashmiri red chilli powder
  31. 1/2 tsp salt

Instructions to make to make Aloo Jalebi Chaat

  1. In a grinder jar, add Sabudana and salt to taste, grind into a fine powder.
  2. Strain the powder and transfer it into a bowl. In the same grinder jar, add boiled crumble potatoes, curd and water.
  3. And grind into a smooth paste. Transfer it into the same bowl and mix everything well.
  4. Add water as required and refined flour and whisk properly and rest for 10 minutes.
  5. Add ginger juice, red chilli powder, water as required.And soda whisk it well. Strain the mixture so that there’s no lums.
  6. Now, pour the batter into the zip lock bag. Heat oil in a deep pan and make round spirals with the batter.when one side is partly cooked, turn over and fry the other side.Fry until the jalebis are a light golden and crisp.
  7. Remove on a absorben paper.Garnish it with aloo chaat, green chutney, tamarind chutney and coriander sprig on top. Serve hot.
  8. Firstly, in a small blender take ¼ cup mint, ½ cup coriander, 1 inch ginger, 2 chilli and small ball sized tamarind.
  9. Blend to smooth paste adding water as required.
  10. Transfer theeka pani puri paste into a large bowl.
  11. Add 1 tsp chaat masala, 1 tsp cumin powder, pinch hing, ¾ tsp salt and 4 cup cold water.
  12. Mix well and theeka pani is ready.
  13. Firstly, in a large bowl take 1 cup tamarind extract and 3 tbsp jaggery. also add 1 tsp chaat masala, 1 tsp cumin powder, ¼ tsp pepper powder, ¼ tsp chilli powder, pinch hing, ¾ tsp salt and 3 cup cold water.mix well and khatta meetha pani is ready to enjoy with golgappa.
  14. Firstly, in a small bowl take 3 potato, ½ onion and 2 tbsp coriander.
  15. Also add ½ tsp cumin powder, ½ tsp chaat masala, ¼ tsp pepper powder, ½ tsp chilli powder and ½ tsp salt.mix well making sure everything is well combined.
  16. Now take 4-5 Jalebi cursed and all chaat ingredients and make chaat..
