- Remove and put them on a paper napkin to remove the extra oil
- For syrup - Mix all the ingredients and keep for boiling till it forms a string syrup. Now dip the jalebis in syrup 2_3 at a tym turn the sides so that it gets soaked nicely both the sides.
- Leave it for 2mins and then remove.
- Repeat the process for other jalebis.
- It can be served hot or cold.
- One can even servev with rabdi as a dessert.
