- 2 cup water
- 2 cardamom
- As needed Kesar/saffron strands
- 1/4 tsp lemon juice

- In a bowl add refined flour,corn flour,curd,food colour make smooth paste by adding water
- In the meantime make sugar syrup add all ingredients and make one string chasni
- In a voke add ghee allow to hot add pour batter into sauce bottle and make round shape into hot ghee
- Fry both sides and remove on a plate now dip into warm sugar syrup
- Remove on a plate now enjoy hot jalebi
