- For lolipop In a bowl mash boiled potatoes, onion, capsicum, cabbage, green chillies, red chilli flakes, ginger garlic paste, salt and bread crumbs.

- For batter Mix all-purpose flour, cornflour, Chilli powder, salt and water to make a thin batter.

- For sauce In a pan, heat oil and add garlic, ginger and green chili.
- Then add onion, capsicum and spring onion.
- Add soya sauce, tomato sauce, and Schezwan chutney.
- Add 1/4 cup water.
- Then add 1 tbsp cornflour+ 2 tbsp water.
- Mix it well and add salt to taste. And finally garnish with spring onion.
