- ¾ tsp Cornflour slurry mixed in 3tbspn water
- As needed Garnish~ handful finely chopped coriander leaves/ spring onion

- Wash the chicken well and transfer it in a bowl. Add Soya Sauce, Vinegar, Kashmiri Red Chilli Powder, Ginger garlic paste, black pepper powder and salt. Mix it well and let the chicken rest for 2 hrs.
- Now in another bowl take cornflour, maida, egg, Kashmiri Red Chilli Powder and a pinch of salt. Now marinate the chicken with this mixture and let it rest for 15 minutes.
- Now heat oil in a kadhai for deep frying the chicken. When the oil is medium hot lower a few pieces of chicken and fry them on a medium heat for 5 to 6 mins. Fry until evenly brown.

- Add Schezwan Sauce, tomato ketchup, black pepper powder and salt. Mix well.
- Add sugar. Now add the cornflour slurry. Stir well until the sauce turns slightly thick. Now add the chicken Lollipops. Toss well to coat the Lollipops well with the sauce.
- Garnish using coriander leaves or finely chopped spring onions greens.
