  2. Take a kadhai, add grated carrots and khoya/milk and keep it on low to medium flame gas.
  3. Stir continuously and heat the mixture till the milk is reduced. Keep scraping the sides and bottom of the kadhai to avoid solidification of milk.
  4. Add Ghee and sugar into the mixture and stir continuously. Add some cardamom powder, continue heating on low to medium flame.
  5. While milk is reducing in the mixture, finely chop almond and cashews according to your size. Add them when moisture from milk is almost reduced.
  6. You can also add resins if you want. Keep stirring the mixture until all the milk is evaporated. The texture of the mixture should be a little moist.
  7. Serve the Halwa hot or Warm. Keep the leftover halwa in refrigerator, and warm on low heat whenever want to eat. Add some dry fruits while serving.
